Call To Order/Roll Call Hearing Officer Ablao called the meeting to order at 1:29 p.m. and apologized for the late start time. Secretary Bauer noted that this meeting was being conducted via conference call. Also present in the room was Senior Assistant City Attorney Rachel Allen. 2. Public Hearings Pres 18-182 Notice of nonrenewal hearing and order to show cause for the hotel and restaurant license of Double JRV Inc d.b.a. El Viva Villa located at 5411 Quebec St Secretary Bauer explained that an entry of appearance and request for continuance was submitted to her office. Since a public notice was posted in the paper and on the licensed premises, this meeting had be called to order and the request for continuance made on the record. The licensee's attorney had been informed that his presence was not required. Hearing Officer Ablao continued the matter to Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. The hearing will be conducted in Room 3109 of the Commerce City Civic Center. 3.
