Call To Order Hearing Officer Ablao called to order the meeting. 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Presentations Pres 19-187 Show Cause Hearing for the Tavern License for Versatile Co. located at 6496 Hwy 2 Appearing: Michael Lazslo #38206, on behalf of the licensee Rito Ramirez, on behalf of licensee Hearing Officer Ablao made opening statements. Attorney Geiger stated that a stipulation had been sent to Lazslo and reviewed. Hearing Officer Ablao reiterated the terms of the stipulation and asked if Ramirez understood the terms of the stipulation and the violation. Ramirez admitted to the violation. Hearing Officer Ablao determined that the suspension will commence 12:00AM, March 23, 2019 and end 12:00AM, March 28, 2019. A manager registration must be submitted by March 28, 2019 and approval by the city must be May 7, 2019. The licensee must appear upon renewal submittal for 2019-2020. 4.
