Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Quality Community Foundation was called to order by President Prather on March 26, 2019, at 6:05 p.m. Present 6 - Regular Member Billy Gurr, Regular Member Catherine Brady, Regular Member Charles Dukes, Regular Member Ed Hanson, Regular Member Jennifer Prather, and Regular Member Laurel Eller Excused 2 - Regular Member Jeff Ray, and Regular Member Sheryl Carstens Absent 1 - Regular Member Tonia Lopez 2. Standing Items Financial Report None Strategic Plan Prather and Hanson will work on diversity on the board, Brady will work on onboarding new members. Other items part of the strategic plan include hosting "dine-in" fundraisers. Prather will work on reaching out to local restaurants. Staff liaison will help set-up a fundraiser with Chipotle. Gurr continues to work on the database. Other Prather shared her proposal for a technical session on grants to benefit local non-profits and QCF grantees. Brady, Hanson and Prather will help lead logistics of the event. Minutes 02/26/2019 Attachments: Minutes The following edits were made to the March 26, 2019 meeting minutes. Gurr has announced a total of $1,500 sponsorship commitment from 1stBank for the Golf Tournament and Fall Fundaiser.
