Call To Order Hearing Officer Ablao called the meeting to order 2. Public Hearing Pres 19-193 Application for the New Fermented Malt Beverage License for Citaula Brothers 3 dba Shop N Save located at 7191 Quebec St Appearing: Carl Ream #19397, on behalf of appliant Kabita Parajuli, on behalf of applicant Carol Johnson, petition circulator Parajuli explained business operations, her involvement, experience and training in alcohol sales. Hearing Officer Ablao questioned Parajuli about her other stores, proposed start date distances and deliveries. Johnson testified to the petition procedures and results. Hearing Officer Ablao questioned Johnson about categories for reasons for support and oppostition given on the petition. Ream made closing statements. Hearing Officer Ablao approved the license under the condition of continued compliance with any liquor code, rules, regulations and municipal ordinances. Pres 19-206 Reissuance Hearing for the Tavern License of KNL Corp dba Halftime Sports Bar located at 6051 Quebec St Appearing: Ka Yang, on behalf of licensee Yang testified to why the application was not submitted on time. Hearing Officer Ablao asked for any record proving submittal, about any interior changes to the business and about prior violations. Hearing Officer Ablado asked Yang about expiration dates on the renewal application and asked for an amended expiration date and birthday. Yang made closing statements. Hearing Officer Ablao approved the reissuance with an amended application and the condition that she comply with all rules and regulations, including filing deadlines and accurate information on all forms and continued lawful operation of the establishment. 3.
