Call To Order The Hearing Officer called the meeting to order. 2. Public Hearings Show Cause Hearing for the Revocation of the Tavern License of The Hideaway Saloon at 6171 Olive St Appearances: Brian Swann #51394-on behalf of the City Robert Bernhardt #28915- on behalf of the licensee Danni Danko-Holloway- on behalf of the licensee A disposition was reached by the City and the licensee. The Authority asked Danko-Holloway questions of competency and understanding, requested TIPS certificates from the licensee, employee training manual, and clarified the terms and conditions of the disposition. The terms and conditions of the stipulation were entered into the record by Counsel. The Hearing Officer asked questions of clarification of the parties. After questioning of the licensee, the Hearing Officer accepted admissions of violation of two sections of the Commerce City Municipal Code (failure to report disturbance, service of alcohol to a visibly intoxicated person). The licensee will sell the business within 120 days (not subject to a successful transfer of the liquor license). The licensee is to have no violations of the local or state liquor laws or regulations. In the event of an alleged violation the City will file a motion for immediate revocation of the liquor license. The licensee is to provide within seven days the TIPS certificates showing all employees have completed the training and a written employee training manual. Upon submission of the parties of the written and signed stipulation, to be filed with the Authority by May 3, 2021 at 5:00 p.m., the Authority will execute the Order. 3.
