New Fermented Malt Beverage Application for TA Operating LLC dba Travel Centers of America at 5101 Quebec St Brian Swann #51394-on behalf of the City Adena Santiago -on behalf of the applicant Carol Johnson-petitioner Larry Burdett-manager Santiago made opening statements regarding the business, its history and its general operation. Johnson reviewed the petition results, feedback and methodology. The Hearing Officer asked Burdett about his experience in the liquor industry. Burdett replied with his experience, as well as the company's training modules and anticipated number of employees. Santiago clarified a comment about the most recent license held at the proposed location. Santiago clarified a point about local law and trainings. Santiago made closing statements. Swann made closing statements. The Hearing Officer closed the public hearing and noted that the preliminary findings are available in the secretary's file, that the police department memo has been put on the record, that the petition results have been reviewed and spoke to applicant's knowledge on training and ID checking.
