Call To Order/Roll Call Present: Laurel Eller, Theresa Wilson, Laura Hellewell, Billy Gurr, Christina Kassel, Ingrid Barnett, Sheryl Carstens, Tonia Lopez, Catherine Brady Absent: Revisha Martinez 2. Approval of Minutes Motion to approve made by board member Gurr. Seconded by board member Hellewel. Minutes approved unanimously. Attachments: Minutes 4/27/2021 3. New Business 365 Office Microsoft Training Teri Sierens from the city's IT department gave a brief overview of the new QCF sharepoint website where board members will be able to share, collaborate and create documents for the QCF. 4. Other Golf Tournament The Curt Holland Memorial Golf Tournament is set to be Friday, August 20 at Buffalo Run. Staff and member Eller will be meeting with golf course manager to discuss logistics. The QCF board will be helping with the planning and administrative end of the event and will bring in other staff and volunteers as needed. More details to come soon. Members Lopez and Brady will continue leading the silent auction effort. Council Presentation Board President Eller presented to the City Council on Monday, May 24. Eller briefed the board of some of the key points covered during the presentation including; board diversification- working with council to find new members in their community, specifically in core Commerce City; Impacts of Covid on the boards fundraising efforts; 2020 and 2021 Grant awards; 2021 Scholarship recipients; future events; strategic planning. 5.
