Call To Order A regular meeting of the Commerce City Marijuana Licensing Authority was called to order by Hearing Officer Ablao on September 14, 2018, at 11:00 a. m. 2. Approval of Minutes Min 18-67 Minutes of April 19, 2018 Hearing Officer Ablao approved the meeting minutes of April 19, 2018. Min 18-82 Meeting Minutes of May 18, 2018 Hearing Officer Ablao approved the meeting minutes of May 18, 2018. 3. New Business Pres 18-266 Request for Extension of conditions placed on licensing approval of the retail marijuana products manufacturer and retail marijuana cultivation applications of Boulder Built, LLC, located at 5305 Vasquez Blvd Appearances: Orion Hurley, on behalf of the applicant A representative from the general contractor, on behalf of applicant Attorney Nadav Aschner, on behalf of applicant Rachel Allen #37819, on behalf of the city Attorney Aschner stated that when the applicant received their permit, they realized the timeline to complete construction was tight; however, they are under construction and various permits are at various stages. Attorney Aschner submitted a project timeline and they anticipate being operational by December 1, 2018. A representative from the general contractor spoke to the project timeline and possible delays. Attorney Allen asked about weather delays and inspections.
