Public Hearings Pres 18-296 Transfer of Ownership Application for the Medical Marijuana Infused Products Manufacturer and Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturer Licenses to SR Colorado LLC dba Shift Refinery located at 9690 Dallas St Units I & J Appearing: Rutheanne Goff, on behalf of the city Travis Howard, on behalf of the owner Reed Porter, on behalf of the owner Mandy Quattlebaum, on behalf of the owner Edwin Fowler, on behalf of the owner Rob McEvoy, on behalf of the owner Aaron Taffet, on behalf of the owner Ken Coffey, on behalf of the city Mr. Howard spoke to business plan and operation. Hearing Officer Ablao asked for clarification on the address, start date, hours of operation, buying, transportation overall experience, loan information, ownership entities. Hearing Officer Ablao asked for supplemental information and edits on loan documents. Mr. Howard spoke to their own background procedures within the company. Investigator Coffey spoke on the city's suggested security measures and background practices. Hearing Officer Ablao closed the public hearing. Hearing Officer Ablao approved the transfer with the following conditons: Satisfactory diagram inspection by city, building and fire.
