Hearing Officer Ablao asked Lindsay about his role, building permits and building timeline. Attorney Wysocki question Shead on his education, experience and role in the business and industry. Hearing Officer Ablao asked Shead about his day-to-day role. Attorney Wysocki questioned Ejuwa on the character of the applicant. Attorney Wysocki questioned Box on the character of the applicant. Attorney Wycoski questioned Neeley on the character of the applicant and his favor of the applicant's business. Hearing Officer Ablao questioned Paramo about the petition procedure and methods. Wysocki made closing statements. Hearing Officer Ablao approved the granting of the license with the following conditions: Satisfactory police, building and fire inspections. Certificate of occupancy issuance within 90 days.
