Approval of Minutes Min 19-16 Approval of Minutes for Sept 14, 2018 Hearing Officer Ablao approved the meeting minutes of Sept 14, 2018. Min 19-15 Approval of Minutes from Dec 7, 2019 Hearing Officer Ablao approved the meeting minutes of Dec 7, 2018. 3. Presentations Pres 19-96 Request For an Extension of Licensing Conditions of the Retail Marijuana Store, C3D, dba Highline, located at 5846 Dahlia St Appearing: Robert Sheesley, on behalf of the city Dave Rodman #46389, on behalf of the applicant David Soucie, on behalf of the applicant Justin Roeglin, Applicant's contractor John Lodge, Fire Prevention Officer Attorney Rodman made general opening statements about the delays and progress of the building. Attorney Sheesley commented on the city's concerns about completion and expressed the city's stance on time allowance for completion. Soucie was sworn and testified the delays with construction and meeting regulations, Public Works, South Adams County, the city's building department, weather delays and investments. Roeglin testified and confirmed some construction dates. Roeglin confirmed foundation pouring estimates and possible weather delays. Soucie explained delays delays with his engineer and permit approvals. John Lodge, Fire Prevention Officer, expressed concerns about plans not picked up by the applicant since Oct 23, 2018 including changes to the property. And that changes could result in further delays. Attorney Rodman asked about attempts to contact point of contact and the applicant. Attorney Rodman made closing statements. Attorney Sheesley made closing statements. Hearing Officer Ablao continued the motion to June 12, noting the lack of objection from the City and to further review the applicant's progress. 4.
