Call To Order The Hearing Officer called the meeting to order. 2. Public Hearings Pres 20-288 New Application for the Medical Marijuana Center and Retail Marijuana Cutivation for Sistem Commerce City LLC dba Silver Stem Fine Cannabis located at 5725 Quebec St Unit 105 Appearances; Brian Swann #51394, on behalf of the City Stanislav Zislis, on behalf of the applicant Lindsay Aronson, director of licensing and compliance Robert Jackson, petitioner The Hearing Officer reviewed some of the application materials Zislis testified to the nature of the businesses, floor plan, projected business revenue, hours of business, training & experience in the industry, other licenses held, security measures taken, odor mitigation, employee numbers and employee training. Zislis commented on a violation settlement with the MED. Jackson presented petition results. Attorney Swann made closing statements. The Hearing Officer closed the public hearing. The Hearing Officer granted the license upon satisfactory inspection by PD, fire department, submittal of training certificates for employees within 60 days. 3.
