Presentations Pres 20-386 Conditional License Extension for the Retail Marijuana Store Application of Ty Webb Enterprises Inc located at 9792 Hanover Ct Appearances: Brian Swann-on behalf of the City Mark Prescott- 100% owner Prescott testified to complications, set backs and delays in moving construction forward. Attorney Swann testified to City's position and concerns with untimely progress. Hearing Officer granted the extension until Feb 17th 2020 @ 9:00 am. But, the hearing may be vacated if conditions were met before the date given. Pres 20-387 Conditional License Extension for the Retail Marijuana Cultivation License Application for Magic Fish LLC located at 5297 Vasquez Blvd Applicant met conditions of licensure before hearing date. v3.
