Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the City of Commerce City Northern Infrastructure General Improvement District was called to order by Chairman Ford on Monday, June 20, 2016, at 6:56 PM. Present: 9 - Crystal Elliott, Jason McEldowney, René Bullock, Rick A. Teter, Sean Ford , Steven J. Douglas, Andrew Amador, Jadie Carson and Paolo Diaz 2. Approval of Minutes Min NIGID NIGID Meeting Minutes of March 16, 2015 2016-06 A motion was made by Board Member Douglas, seconded by Board Member Teter, that the minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. Min NIGID NIGID Meeting minutes of March 7, 2016 2016-07 A motion was made by Board Member Amador, seconded by Board Member McEldowney, to allow Vice Chairman Bullock and Board Member Douglas to abstain from voting on the minutes of March 7, 2016, because of their excused absence. VOTE: 7 aye, 2 abstain (Bullock, Douglas) A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Board Member Teter, that the minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 3. Resolutions Res NIGID RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING INCLUSIONS AND ANNEXATION 2016-07 REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMERCE CITY NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT A motion was made by Vice Chair Bullock, seconded by Board Member McEldowney, that the resolution be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. Res NIGID RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF ERUS FROM SOUTH 2016-09 ADAMS COUNTY WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT A motion was made by Board Member Amador, seconded by Vice Chair Bullock, that the resolution be approved.
