Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Commerce City Northern Infrastructure General Improvement District was called to order by Chairman Ford on July 17, 2017, at 9:25 p.m. Present: 9 - Crystal Elliott, Jason McEldowney, René Bullock, Rick A. Teter, Sean Ford , Steven J. Douglas, Andrew Amador, Jadie Carson and Paolo Diaz 2. Approval of Minutes Min NIGID Meeting Minutes of October 17, 2016 2017-01 A motion was made by Board Member Amador, seconded by Board Member McEldowney, that minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. Min NIGID Meeting Minutes of November 7, 2016 2017-02 A motion was made by Board Member Teter, seconded by Vice Chairman Bullock, to allow Board Member McEldowney to abstain from voting on the minutes of November 7, 2016, because of his excused absence. VOTE: 8 aye, 1 abstain (McEldowney) A motion was made by Vice Chairman Bullock, seconded by Board Member Douglas, that the minutes be approved. VOTE: Aye: 8- Board Member Elliott, Vice Chair Bullock, Vice Chair Teter, Chair Ford, Board Member Douglas, Board Member Amador, Board Member Carson and Board Member Diaz Abstained: 1- Board Member McEldowney 3. Public Hearings Ord NIGID 158 AN ORDINANCE INCLUDING CERTAIN LANDS INTO THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Chairman Ford opened the public hearing. Commerce City Page 1 Northern Infrastructure General Meeting Minutes - Final July 17, 2017 Improvement District Planner Timms stated that this is a simple inclusion ordinance and that all the information was included in the packet. No one from the audience came forward to address the board and the public hearing portion was closed. A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Vice Chairman Bullock, that this ordinance be introduced and approved on first reading. VOTE: Aye: 9- Board Member Elliott, Board Member McEldowney, Vice Chair Bullock, Vice Chair Teter, Chair Ford, Board Member Douglas, Board Member Amador, Board Member Carson and Board Member Diaz 4.
