A motion was made by Vice-Chairman Bullock, seconded by Board Member Amador, to excuse Board Member McEldowney from this meeting. VOTE: 8 aye, 1 excused (McEldowney) Present: 8 - Crystal Elliott, René Bullock, Rick A. Teter, Sean Ford , Steven J. Douglas, Andrew Amador, Jadie Carson and Paolo Diaz Excused: 1 - Jason McEldowney 2. Public Hearings Res NIGID RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2017 BUDGET AND CERTIFICATION 2016-06 OF THE MILL LEVY FOR THE COMMERCE CITY NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (NIGID) Chairman Ford reopened the public hearing continued from October 17, 2016. No one came forward to address the board on this item and the public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Board Member Elliott, seconded by Board Member Carson, that this resolution be approved. VOTE: Aye: 8- Board Member Elliott, Vice Chair Bullock, Vice Chair Teter, Chair Ford, Board Member Douglas, Board Member Amador, Board Member Carson and Board Member Diaz Excused: 1- Board Member McEldowney 3.
