Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Commerce City Northern Infrastructure General Improvement District was called to order by Chairman Ford on September 18, 2017, at 8:00 p.m. Present: 9 - Crystal Elliott, Jason McEldowney, René Bullock, Rick A. Teter, Sean Ford , Steven J. Douglas, Andrew Amador, Jadie Carson and Paolo Diaz 2. Approval of Minutes Min NIGID NIGID Meeting Minutes of July 17, 2017 2017-03 A motion was made by Board Member Amador, seconded by Board Member Teter, that the minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 3. Public Hearings Ord NIGID 159 AN ORDINANCE INCLUDING CERTAIN LANDS INTO THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Chairman Ford opened the public hearing. Planner Kerns appeared before the board to present the matter. He stated that the petitioner, Landing Place Church, owns property currently being annexed into the city and has met all the requirements for inclusion into the district. No one came forward to speak in favor or opposition to the pettion and the public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Vice Chairman Bullock, that this ordinance be introduced and approved on first reading.VOTE: Aye: 9- Board Member Elliott, Board Member McEldowney, Vice Chair Bullock, Board Member Teter, Chair Ford, Board Member Douglas, Board Member Amador, Board Member Carson and Board Member Diaz 4.
