Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Commerce City Northern Infrastructure General Improvement District was called to order by Chairman Ford on October 16, 2017, at 8:15 p.m. Present: 9 - Crystal Elliott, Jason McEldowney, René Bullock, Rick A. Teter, Sean Ford , Steven J. Douglas, Andrew Amador, Jadie Carson and Paolo Diaz 2. Approval of Minutes Min NIGID NIGID Meeting Minutes of August 7, 2017 2017-04 A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Board Member Amador, that the minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 3. Consent Agenda A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Board Member Teter, to approve the consent agenda as presented. ROLL CALL VOTE: Aye: 9- Board Member Elliott, Board Member McEldowney, Vice Chair Bullock, Vice Chair Teter, Chair Ford, Board Member Douglas, Board Member Amador, Board Member Carson and Board Member Diaz Ord NIGID 159 AN ORDINANCE INCLUDING CERTAIN LANDS INTO THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 4. Public Hearings Res NIGID RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2018 BUDGET AND CERTIFICATION 2017-02 OF THE MILL LEVY FOR THE COMMERCE CITY NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (NIGID) Chairman Ford opened the public hearing. Finance Director Carstens presented the budget to the board. She stated that the NIGID certifies 27 mills, anticipated revenues are estimated to be $7.8 million and expenditures are estimated to be $7.8 million for a balanced budget. A motion was made by Vice Chair Bullock, seconded by Board Member McEldowney, that this resolution be continued to November 6, 2017. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 5.
