Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Commerce City Northern Infrastructure General Improvement District was called to order by Chairman Ford on November 20, 2017, at 7:19 p.m. Present: 9 - Crystal Elliott, Jason McEldowney, René Bullock, Rick A. Teter, Sean Ford , Steven J. Douglas, Andrew Amador, Jadie Carson and Paolo Diaz 2. Public Hearings Ord NIGID 160 AN ORDINANCE INCLUDING CERTAIN LANDS INTO THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT. Chairman Ford opened the public hearing. Planner Kerns presented the case. Mr. Kerns explained that this hearing is an update from the last public hearing held on November 6, 2017, to reflect a revised petition and notice. The petitioners, 217 Associates, LLC and Tri B Associates, LLP, are seeking to include 11 parcels into the district. No one came forward to address the board and this matter and the public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Board Member Teter, that this ordinance be introduced and approved on first reading. VOTE: Aye: 9- Board Member Elliott, Board Member McEldowney, Vice Chair Bullock, Board Member Teter, Chair Ford, Board Member Douglas, Board Member Amador, Board Member Carson and Board Member Diaz 3.
