Call To Order/Roll Call Chairman Ford called the meeting to order at 9:02 p.m. Present: 8 - Sean Ford , Rick A. Teter, Oscar Madera, Nicole Frank, Steve Davis, Steven J. Douglas, Benjamin Huseman and Jose Guardiola 2. Public Hearings Ord NIGID 169 AN ORDINANCE INCLUDING CERTAIN LANDS INTO THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Chairman Ford opened the public hearing. Brayan Marin, planner, provided an overview of the proposed property, highlighted the propopsed future use for residential dwelling units, and that the property meets all inclusion requirements. There was no public comment. Chairman Ford closed the public hearing.
