Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Commerce City Northern Infrastructure General Improvement District was called to order by Vice Chairman Teter on May 20, 2019, at 8:50 PM. A motion was made by Board Member Frank, seconded by Board Member Huseman, to excuse Chairman Ford from this meeting. VOTE: 8 aye, 1 excused (Ford) Present: 8 - Rick A. Teter, Oscar Madera, Nicole Frank, Steve Davis, Steven J. Douglas, Benjamin Huseman, Craig Hurst and Jose Guardiola Excused: 1 - Sean Ford 2. Public Hearings Ord NIGID 170 AN ORDINANCE INCLUDING CERTAIN LANDS INTO THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Vice Chairman Teter opened the public hearing. Planner Dominick Martinelli presented the request for inclusion to the district. The petitioner is Second Creek Farms, LLC. The property is currently undeveloped but is plotted for 900 residential units in the future. Eric Carlson, counsel for applicant, appeared. He had no additional information to provide. No one appeared to speak on this matter and the public hearing was closed.
