Call To Order/Roll Call/Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of Minutes No quorum; action to be taken at August meeting. 3. Unfinished Business 18-53 Bison Ridge Operations Update The group reviewed the facility use and sales revenue statistics from the grand opening date through mid-July, which was distributed via email on July 13, 2018 by Recreation Manager, Karen O’Donnell. The group discussed the amenities at each facility and suggested that additional communications go out to the public detailing what amenities are offered at each facility. Director Carolyn Keith spoke about future expansion opportunities and the flexibility in the expansion space. This Administrative Business was continued 18-63 Eagle Pointe Renovation Update Recreation Manager O’Donnell gave a brief overview of the construction activities at the Eagle Pointe Recreation Center and shared pictures of the progress to date. The center will be closing in late August to complete the remaining renovations. This Administrative Business was continued 4. New Business 18-58 Collaborative Relationships and Community Partners Attachments: Alternative Funding Sources Director Keith spoke about other funding sources outside of fees and charges (see attachment). She summarized how the City works collaboratively with other entities including outside sports associations.
