Call To Order/Roll Call/Pledge of Allegiance Meeting called to order at 6:01 p.m. Attendees: Clark Berggren, Mary Hogan Chan, Bruce Emery, Josh Houde, Justin Maillet, Paul Welander, Jacob Wilson, Adam Venanzi, Bret Walker Absent: Brendan Binns, Steve Douglas, Steve Davis, Alejandro Garcia Staff Present: Carolyn Keith, Chad Redin, Paul Hebinck, Maria Jepson 2. Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Member Wilson seconded by Member Hogan Chan to approve the July 16, 2019 minutes. VOTE: Unanimous. The motion passed. This was approved 3. New Business 19-61 Buffalo Run Annual Memberships - Paul Hebinck Attachments: ANNUAL GOLF PASS PRESENTATION Buffalo Run Golf Course currently has a Corporate Annual Pass program that has been in place for several years however, there is not an individual or family option offered at this time. There are other discounted offerings such as the Punch Pass and Loyalty Card programs. After further discussion of the need, amenities included, and reviewing of what other area courses offer the PRG Advisory Committee was unanimously in support of having an annual pass option offered to City residents. Additionally, the PRG Advisory Committee would like to see greater promotion of the current discount programs to further awareness and suggested that any new Annual Pass offering include features that can be coupled together to promote participation of youth and people that are new to the sport; encouraging lessons and inviting beginners to come out and join in. The PRG Staff will review subject this with City Council members at the October 28, 2019 Study Session. 4. City Council Member Updates Unavailable 6. Committee Member Reports & Information New this year, both Bison Ridge and Eagle Pointe Recreation Centers were open on Labor Day from 5:30 am to 1 pm. Closure occurs during late summer and early fall at both locations to coincide with the break between Summer and Fall program offerings as well as the back to school transition. City Council recently approved the expansion of hours to have both recreation centers open at 5 am. This will begin in 2020. 7.
