Roll Call Katelyn Memmer called roll. Present 6 - Commissioner Andrew Amador, Commissioner David Yost, Commissioner Dennis Cammack, Chair Jonathan Popiel, Commissioner Jordan Ingram, and Alternate Commissioner Steven J. Douglas Absent 2 - Alternate Commissioner Angela VanDijk, and Alternate Commissioner Garret Biltoft Staff in attendance: Sarah Geiger, Deputy City Attorney Steve Timms, Planning Manager Harry Brennan, Planner Tricia Mason, Community Development Manager Katelyn Memmer, Administrative Specialist Approval of Minutes: Minutes of the October 5, 2021 Planning Commission Meeting Attachments: Minutes A motion was made by Commissioner Cammack, seconded by Commissioner Ingram, that this Minutes be approved VOTE: Ayes: 5- Commissioner Amador, Commissioner Yost, Commissioner Cammack, Chair Popiel and Commissioner Ingram Presentation: NexMetro Communities is requesting approval of the Avilla Settlers Crossing Subdivision Plat to create one 12.93-acre lot for future development, for the property located at the southeast corner of E. 100th Ave & Tower Rd, zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development District). Attachments: Staff Report Vmap Applicant Narrative FinalPlat Traffic Conformance Letter Applicant Presentation Commerce City Page 1 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes January 4, 2022 Sarah Geiger, Deputy City attorney, introduced the case and introduced staff presenting the case. Steve Timms, Planning Manager, explained that the public improvement agreement, which identifies the types and phasing of subdivision improvements, was not fully executed by the City by the required Planning Commission deadline, meaning this case could not be presented. A motion was made by Commissioner Cammack, seconded by Commissioner Amador, to continue this item until the next Planning Commission meeting. VOTE: Ayes: 5- Commissioner Amador, Commissioner Yost, Commissioner Cammack, Chair Popiel and Commissioner Ingram Board Business: Chairman Amador asked about a briefing on development fees and permit review fees. Steve Timms, Planning Manager, said the City is looking at that in 2022. Commissioner Cammack asked if we could send a quarterly report based on city activities. Attorney Business: None.
