What is in the Plan about how they will maintain this? Is this being forced on developers and does that push development out. Private HOA's will have to manage more with little staff and existing HOA's will have to amend, and how will ADU's be handled. What does this amendment get us that current codes don't get us? This amendment will be another way for people to comply, especially new constructions. This could be causing people to do something that already exists in our code, and discourages businesses. Comprehensive Plan Study Session - Vision Statement and Core Elements Attachments: Preliminary Plan Outline VCP Commissioners noted education as a core element, potentially as a part of element 5. Education and labor force could be combined as an element. While it may be futuristic thinking, how technology is going to impact these elements, and could be included in infrastructure.
