Commerce City Page 1 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes - Final July 6, 2023 Aiken presented the case. There was conversation on the TIF phases and the first modification to the Mile High Greyhound Park Urban Renewal Area Plan as presented. The conversation also noted the sales tax for the TIF forcast. At this time, Chairperson Amador opened the floor to the public. Steve Douglas,10970 Unity Pkwy made comment that he would like to keep the planning more cohesive and his concerns for the taxes. There was further conversation on the phasing amendments and first modifications. Seeing no virtual comments, Chairperson Amador called for a recommendation. Board member Eggleston: "I recommend to make a motion to City Council to approve the first modiciation to the Mile High Greyhound Park Urban Renewal Area Plan as presented."
