Other Business Grants Update: Grant applications are due March 3rd. Daniela will try to have packets ready for board members to pick up by March 7th. April 10th is the recommendation presentation for City Council April 17th is the grant awards presentation during City Council regular meeting Golf Tournament Expectations: Board needs to secure sponsors to fund all expenses Board needs to secure 144 golfers Board will be part of planning process and meet 30 min before each board meeting Board needs to promote event Beer and Wine Tasting Event Date: Daniela will check in with the golf course first. Memorial Day Parade: registration is open until May 12th at 5PM Members will try to find a truck and trailer for the day of Officer Elections: March board meeting will be elections for President and Vice President 8.
