Call To Order/Roll Call Guest: Cheryl Steinberg, CDBG Coordinator Present 8 - Regular Member Billy Gurr, Regular Member Catherine Brady, Regular Member Charles Dukes, Regular Member Ed Hanson, Regular Member Jennifer Prather, Regular Member Laurel Eller, Regular Member Sheryl Carstens, and Regular Member Tonia Lopez Excused 1 - Regular Member Jeff Ray 2. Approval of Minutes Standing Items 2018 end of year and May financials were presented Prather will work to have draft goals and an update on TA grant sessions for the June meeting. This was approved Minutes 4/23/2019 Attachments: Minutes 3. Golf Tournament Gurr has confirmed logistical items with golf course. Brady and Gurr have committed to donating each two prizes for contest holes. Staff was not able to get in contact with O'Meara Ford for a hole-in-one prize. Top two winning teams only will receive prizes Members agreed to not have a "pro shot" hole. Staff and Gurr will make a list of things we can get to golf course ahead of time and ask if we can have drink tickets ahead of time. Carstens will follow up with stout street for number of volunteers. Gurr will confirm volunteer roles and send out a memo. Swag is confirmed to be received from Eller and Gurr. Golf course will need final number of golfers after registration closes. 4. Fall Fundraiser Painting for a Purpose will take place October 24, 6-8:30 p.m. at Bison Ridge. Gallery on the Go is confirmed. Eller and Dukes will ask for theme options.
