Call To Order/Roll Call Present 5 - Regular Member Billy Gurr, Regular Member Catherine Brady, Regular Member Charles Dukes, Regular Member Jennifer Prather, and Regular Member Tonia Lopez Excused 4 - Regular Member Ed Hanson, Regular Member Jeff Ray, Regular Member Laurel Eller, and Regular Member Sheryl Carstens 2. Approval of Minutes June meeting minutes will be tabled for July. Minutes 5/28/2019 Attachments: Minutes 3. Standing Items Prather found a template for board recruitment she will customize for the board's purposes. TA session will be held at Anythink Library. The foundation would like to make the event affordable enough that can be offered to past applicants and to outside organizations that might be interested in attending. If event is successful enough, a workshop for grant reports could be accommodated. Proposed date is September 17 from 1-5 p.m., staff will help reserve the space. 4. Golf Tournament Staff reported out an approximate amount of profit from the golf tournament. Members shared concerns of not being able to sell out a full tournament and therefore would like to look into other fundraiser. Gurr motioned to create a committee that would explore other ideas and possibilities to do instead of the golf tournament. Brady seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. 5. Fall Fundraiser Dukes went over logistics with the members. Staff was asked to provide an updated flyer and make ticket sales available. More info to come. 6.
