1. Call To Order/Roll Call
Present: Laurel Eller, Ed Hanson, Jennifer Prather, Tonia Lopez, Catherine Brady
Absent: Billy Gurr, Sheryl Carstens, Charles Dukes, Ravisha Martinez
2. Approval of Minutes

Motion to approve by Lopez. Seconded by Hanson. Motion was approved.
3. Scholarships
After members reviewed scores for each of the applications, Hanson motioned to
approve the top 3 highest scores. Lopez seconded the motion. Motion was approved
unanimously.
4. Other
No further special meetings scheduled. Staff will report to board when City Council
approves to resume regular board and commission meetings.
