Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. Present: Laurel Eller, Billy Gurr, Jacob Sawaged, Charles Dukes, Jennifer Prather, Tonia Lopez, Ingrid Barnett, Catherine Brady Absent: Jennifer Prather, Revisha Martinez 2. Approval of Minutes Minutes 10/27/2020 Attachments: Minutes Motion to approve minutes by Prather. Motion seconded by Gurr. Motion was unanimously approved. 3. New Business Colorado Gives Day is December 8. Board member Eller thanked everyone for their efforts in the CO Gives Day campaign. Lopez shared she is also hosting a separate fundraiser via Facebook. Gurr will be sending out a mass email to encourage donations on CO Gives Day. Painting for a Purpose The members focused on setting a date and ticket pricing. Member Dukes will share the event planning spreadsheet for follow-up on specific action items. Eller motioned to hold the annual Painting for a Purpose, February 13, 2021 via zoom. Ticket prices at $45 and $20 for add-on kits. Lopez seconded the motion. Motion was unanimously approved. 2021 Calendar Board member Eller went over the calendar of events for the upcoming programming in 2021. A special meeting to be held, January 5, 2021 was added to our regular scheduled board meetings. Looking ahead into the 2021 grant program, Eller motioned to move forward with the general operating grant and program grant as conducted in 2020. Prather seconded the motion. Motion was unanimously approved. Elections Board members Gurr and Eller were nominated to stay in their current officer roles.
