Call To Order/Roll Call Present: Councilmember Nicole Frank, Kyle Pham, Rene Bullock, Stephani Struwe, Michael Kelley, Jahaira Bueno-Rodriguez, Morgan Smith, Jesus Vidana, Isabela Velasco-Zubia, Kyra Ann Dixon, La Crea Dixon, Katie Thomas Absent: Carlos Rojas, Jasnoor Kaur, Jose Rodriguez, Ingrid Barnett 2. Challenge Question/Icebreaker No challenge question. 3. Approval of Minutes Minutes 11/19/2020 Attachments: Minutes Commissioner Thomas motioned to approve meeting minutes. Commissioner Pham second the motion. Minutes unanimously approved. 4. New Business Commission brainstormed what they wanted to get out of the planned speaker for event planning. The Commission decided that Council Member Frank and Guardiola will give the presentation on event planning in general and chairwoman Struwe and Vice chairman Pham would give a presentation on specific events done in youth commission. 5.
