Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting was called to order at 6:01 p.m. Present: Billy Gurr, Laurel Eller, Michael Farrington, Theresa Wilson, Catherine Brady, Laura Hellewel, Melinda Larson, Tonia Lopez, LaCrea Dixon, Ingrid Barnett Absent: Revisha Martinez 2. Approval of Minutes Motion to approve by board member Gurr. Seconded by board member Brady. Motion was approved. Minutes of June 22, 2021 Attachments: 06/22/2021 3. Regular Business Golf Tournament Board members provided updates and did a run-through of the day of events. 4. Other Business Grants 2022 Board members discussed the future of program and general operating grants. Board member Billy motioned for perpetuity of the general operating grants to therefore transition it out of being a "pilot" program. Board member Brady seconded. 9-Aye 1-Nay Fundraising 2022 Board members discussed having a second fundraising event, the first being the golf tournament. Future Board Meetings Board members discussed resuming board meetings in person. For now, the August regular meeting will be held via zoom and will check back in on an in-person meeting for September.
