Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting was called to order at 6:04 p.m. Present: Laurel Eller, Laura Hellewell, Catherine Brady, Michael Farrington, Melinda Larson, LaCrea Dixon, Tonia Lopez, Ingrid Barnett, Billy Gurr, Theresa Wilson 2. Approval of Minutes Meeting Minutes of July 27, 2021 Attachments: 07/27/21 Motion to approve meeting minutes by board member Gurr. Seconded by board member Wilson. Motion was approved. 3. New Business o Culture Sensitivity in Grant Awards Process Board member Lopez led the conversation and presented on culture sensitivity. Board members were given an opportunity to provide input and recommend action items. o Goal Setting Board member Barnett asked to postpone the conversation until she has further information on QCF programming and suggested that the goal setting conversation should take place with the City Council board and commission subcommittee. Members expressed the need for clarification on this matter and suggested that the QCF should have their own conversation on goal setting. Board member Farrington asked and motioned that member Barnett create a plan outline with goals, actions and outcomes that can be submitted for the board to vote on. Board member Lopez seconded the motion. The motion was passed. 4. Other Business o Golf Tournament Kudos to the board for a successful event. Board members discussed some opportunities for improvement for next year. 5.
