Call To Order Present: Billy Gurr, Catherine Brady, Michael Farrington, Theresa Wilson, Laura Hellewell, Laurel Eller, Melinda Larson Absent: LaCrea Dixon, Tonia Lopez 2. Scholarships Program Member Eller presented on the final scholarship materials for the QCF and PD Curt Holland memorial scholarship including; instructions, application, criteria and scoring matrix. Member Gurr motioned to approve the scholarship program with discussed edits. Member Wilson seconded. Motion was approved. 3. PRG Scholarship Program Staff liaison and member Wilson shared with the board on their meeting with parks and recreation staff regarding recreation scholarships. Information from the last report to be included in the annual report. 5. Grant Program Members went over the grant timeline. Members Wilson and Brady will be helping with a summary of all the reports from 2021 applicants. 6. Financial Reporting Member Wilson gave the latest financial report. 7. Strategic Planning Member Eller walked the members through an exercise for the strategic plan and reviewed submitted survey results. Member Farrington was nominated for vice-president. No other nominations. Member Gurr motioned for the approval of said nominations. Member Eller seconded. Motion was approved. 9.
