Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting was called to order at 3 p.m. Present: Carole Harvell, Councilmember Pro Tem Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Councilmember Susan Noble, Carli Plummer, Tillie Villareal, Tina Ledesma, Carol Boyd, Gabriela Adeshewo, George Maxey, Jennie Loveridge Absent: Mary K Natho, 2. Approval of Minutes Meeting Minutes of October 14, 2021 Attachments: 10/14/21 Motion to approve by commissioner Harvell. Seconded by commissioner Boyd. Motion unanimously approved. 3. New Business Commissioners discussed a draft 2022 Strategic Plan. The plan includes the purpose of the senior commission, member roles, annual goals and calendar. Commissioner Harvell motioned to adopt the 2022 Strategic Plan as a living document. Commissioner Villareal seconded the motion. Motion was approved unanimously. Commissioner Ledesma motioned to publish the drafted strategic plan for public feedback. Commissioner Villareal seconded. Motion was unanimously approved. 4.
