Public access to the meeting can be found in the agenda below. 1. Call To Order/Roll Call President Hellewell called the QCF meeting to order on January 25, 2022 at 6:03 PM. Present 5 - Board Member Laurel Eller, President Laura Hellewell, Board Member Catherine Brady, Board Member Tonia Lopez, and Board Member Theresa Wilson Absent 2 - Board Member LaCrea Dixon, and Board Member Melinda Larson 2. Approval of Minutes Min 22-23 Minutes of the December 11, 2021 Special Meeting A motion was made by President Hellewell, seconded by Vice President Farrington, that this Minutes be approved. VOTE: Ayes: 6- Gurr, Board Member Eller, President Hellewell, Farrington, Board Member Lopez and Board Member Wilson 3. Presentations Pres 22-80 Redistricting and Governance Survey Presentation City Clerk Gibson presented on the City's redistricting and governance survey process. 4. New Business Board Member Brady arrived to the meeting. The Board reviewed their draft strategic plan and discussed future themes and recruitment. The Board discussed developing a social media policy, future fundraisers, and initial golf tournament logistics. President Hellewell and Board Member Eller volunteered to chair the Golf Tournament Committee. Board Member Wilson presented the draft Annual QCF Report and fund balance spreadsheet.
