Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Urban Renewal Authority of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Chair Huseman on January 24, 2022 at : PM. A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, to excuse those members not present. Executive Session 22-09 An Executive Session pursuant C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) to determine positions and instructing negotiators relative to the continued engagement of ReGen, LLC as the authority’s owner’s representative for the development of the Mile High Greyhound Park. A motion was made by Vice Chiar Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to enter into an executive session pursuant C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) to determine positions and instructing negotiators relative to the continued engagement of ReGen, LLC as the authority’s owner’s representative for the development of the Mile High Greyhound Park. Resolutions Res URA A RESOLUTION OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF 2022-01 COMMERCE CITY AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES AGREEMENT A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, that this URA resolution be approved. VOTE: Aye: 7- Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, Commissioner Madera, Commissioner Ford, Commissioner Hurst, Commissioner Grimes, Commissioner Lewis and Commissioner Buche Nay: 3- Chair Huseman, Commissioner Noble and Commissioner Douglas Excused: 3- Commissioner Davis, Commissioner Fairfield and Commissioner Tedesco 4. Administrative Business 22-13 Mile High Greyhound Park Hotel and Associated Work Update Jenna Lowery, Management Analyst, presented an update on the Mile High Grey Hound Park hotel and associated work. 5.
