Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Quality Community Foundation was called to order by President Hellewell on February 22, 2022 at 6:32 PM. Board Member Gurr and Farrington announced their resignation from the QCF Board. Present 5 - Board Member Laurel Eller, President Laura Hellewell, Board Member Melinda Larson, Board Member Tonia Lopez, and Board Member Theresa Wilson Absent 2 - Board Member LaCrea Dixon, and Board Member Catherine Brady 2. City Manager Introduction and City Vision Presentation Roger Tinklenberg, City Manager, presented on his vision for the City. 3. Approval of Minutes Min 22-45 Minutes of the January 25, 2022 Meeting A motion was made by Regular Member Hellewell, seconded by Regular Member Wilson, that this minutes be approved. VOTE: Ayes: 5- Board Member Eller, President Hellewell, Board Member Larson, Board Member Lopez and Board Member Wilson 4. New Business Board Member Lopez volunteered to be Vice President. A motion was made Board Member Eller, seconded by President Hellewell, to appoint Board Member Lopez as the new Vice President. VOTE: 4 - Aye, 1 - Abstention Teri Sierens, Sr IT Business/Applications Analyst, presented on the new QCF SharePoint folder and grant application process. Jordan Roberts, Deputy City Clerk, presented an update on current applications. Other Business The Board discussed returning to in-person meetings in the coming months. 6. Announcements & Upcoming Dates Board Member Eller discussed upcoming events and ideas. 7.
