Call to Order Chair Hellewell called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m. Present 5 - Board Member Braden Hellewell, Board Member Laurel Eller, Board Member Melinda Larson, President Laura Hellewell, and Board Member Theresa Wilson Absent 2 - Board Member Heather Marr, and Board Member LaCrea Dixon 2. Approval of Minutes Min 22-292 Minutes of the Sept. 27, 2022 Meeting Chair Hellewell made a motion to approve the minutes of Sept. 27, 2022 meeting. Board member Wilson seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. 3. Subcommittee Reports: A. Curt Holland Memorial Scholarship Program The Board discussed next steps in developing the 2023 Curt Holland Memorial Scholarship program. It was determined that a meeting would be scheduled with the Police Advisory Committee to determine recommendations for the 2023 Police Scholarships. B. Curt Holland Memorial Golf Tournament 2023 Chair Hellewell provided an update on the Golf Tournament Planning Committee meeting. The date of the 2023 Curt Holland Memorial Golf Tournament is August 25. C. Recreation Scholarship Fundraising Chair Hellewell provided an update on the Spring Fundraiser. Operating Grants Staff Liaison, Jenny Penoncello, provided examples of potential grants and fundraisers to raise operating funds. Chair Hellewell made a motion to participate in CO Gives Day 2022. Board member Larson seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. B. Annual Retreat Logistics The Board discussed the Annual Retreat logistics. C. Social Media Spotlight Chair Hellewell shared the social media spotlight idea. D. PRG Advisory Meeting Presentation Chair Hellwell provided an update on the QCF presentation to the Parks, Recreation and Golf Advisory Board. 5. Other Business None. 6.
