Call to Order Chair Hellewell called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. Present 6 - Board Member Laurel Eller, Board Member Melinda Larson, President Laura Hellewell, Board Member Theresa Wilson, Board Member Stephanie Levi, and Board Member Kayla Burby Absent 1 - Board Member Braden Hellewell 2. Approval of Minutes Min 23-144 Minutes of April 25, 2023 Meeting Board member Eller made a motion to approve the minutes of the April 25, 2023 meeting. Board member Burby seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. 3. Monthly Treasurer's Report None. 4. Subcommittee Reports: A. Scholarship Program Chair Hellewell provided an update on the 2023 scholarship awards. The Board discussed. B. Curt Holland Memorial Golf Tournament Board member Eller provided an update on the 2023 golf tournament and silent auction. The Board discussed. C. Polos The Board discussed buying new polos. Chair Hellewell made a motion to approve up to $500 for new polos for Board members. Board member Eller seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. Chair Hellewell provided the Board with a membership update, including the resignations of Board members Dixon and Marr. 6. Old Business The Board discussed the upcoming Memorial Day Parade. 7.
