A motion was made by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Ford, to excuse those members not present. VOTE: 10 - Aye, 2 - Excused (Tedesco, Lovato). Present: 10 - Chair Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Oscar Madera, Renee Millard-Chacon, Susan Noble, Craig Hurst, Craig Kim, Sean Ford , Kristi Douglas and Craig Machuga Excused: 2 - Charles "Chaz" Tedesco and Renee Lovato Times given are estimates only 2. Approval of Minutes Min 23-143 Minutes of the May 8, 2023 Meeting A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, that the minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: 10 - Aye, 2 - Excused (Tedesco, Lovato). 3. Administrative Business 23-109 Mile High Greyhound Park Professional Services Agreement Bill Aiken, Director of the URA, gave the presentation. A motion was made by Commissioner Noble, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to enter into Executive Session at 7:22 PM.
