Call to Order Chair Larson called the meeting to order at 6:31p.m. Present 5 - Board Member Braden Hellewell, Board Member Melinda Larson, Board Member Stephanie Levi, Board Member Kayla Burby, and Board Member Sarai Thomas Absent 2 - Board Member Laurel Eller, and Board Member Theresa Wilson 2. Approval of Minutes Min 23-271 Minutes of the Sept. 28, 2023 Meeting Chair Larson made a motion to approve the minutes of the Sept. 28, 2023 meeting. Board member Burby seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. 3. Monthly Treasurer's Report No report. 4. Subcommittee Reports: A. Nonprofit Grants i. Approval of 2024 Dates, Rubric and Criteria B. Scholarship Program i. Approval of 2024 Dates, Rubric and Criteria - Community Scholarship Chair Larson made a motion to approve the updates to the 2024 Nonprofit Grant and 2024 Community Scholarship dates, rubric and criteria. Board member Burby seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. C. Curt Holland Golf Tournament Staff provided a brief update on tournament earnings. New Business: A. 2024 Prom Chair Larson shared the opportunity to partner with Parks, Recreation and Golf on the 2024 Prom to raise additional funds. The Board discussed. Chair Larson made a motion to partner with PRG for the 2024 Prom. Vice Chair Hellewell seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. 6. Old Business: A. Annual Retreat Logistics The Board discussed the Annual Retreat on Sat, Dec. 9. It was determined the retreat would be held from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. with breakfast and coffee served. 7. Other Business The Board discussed the 2024 Curt Holland Golf Tournament, and agreed to have the Golf Planning Committee join the November meeting to discuss the on-going partnership. Staff announced that QCF was selected to receive $10,000 in Kroenke Sports Charities grant funding for the 2024 nonprofit grant program. 8.
