Attendees: Sarai Thomas, Diane Narvaez, Rachel Marsh, Jeremy Eddie, and Staff Liaison Travis Huntington Absent: Theresa Wilson and Kayla Burby 2. New Member Welcome Members introduced themselves 3. Approval of Minutes Min 24-120 Meeting Minutes from the May 2024 Meeting Diane motioned to approve minutes. Sarai seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. 4. Treasurer's Report Treasurer not present 5. Curt Holland Golf Tournament (Post Event Report) Staff Liaison provided event recap. Jeremy had to leave meeting at 7:05pm. 6. New Business Discussion around virtual vs. in person meetings. Rachel mentioned including hyperlinks to nonprofits that received grants on website. 7. Old Business A. Recruitment Brainstorm - Swag?
