Attendees: Kayla Burby, Val Price, and Rachel Marsh. Guest: Tricia Moncado Absent: Sarai Thomas, Jeremy Eddie, and Diane Narvaez 2. Approval of Minutes Min 24-167 August Meeting Minutes Kayla motioned to approve the August meeting minutes. Rachel seconded the motion, which was approved unanimously 3. Treasurer's Report The former Treasurer (Theresa Wilson) was replaced with Valerie Price from the city. Staff will send report with minutes to full group. We earned over $76,000 from the golf tournament. 4. New Business Received a donation from Dion's pizza instead of doing a restaurant fundraiser. Dion's also encourages us to apply for their grant in June 2025. A. Retreat Scheduling Kayla motioned to have their annual planning retreat in person on Saturday, December 7th from 8:30am-12pm at Civic Center, and allotted up to $100 for food. Rachel seconded the motion, which was approved unanimously. There will be no regular meeting in December. B. Fall Fest No one from the group had availability to participate in this year's Fall Fest. 5. Other Business Gratitude was expressed for the new members.
