In attendance: Val Price, Kayla Burby, and Rachel Marsh. Absent: Sarai Thomas and Diane Narvaez 2. Approval of Minutes Min 25-035 December Meeting Minutes Val moved to approve the December meeting minutes. Rachel seconded the motion, which was approved unanimously. 3. Ice Breaker Group ranked 5 things from most favorite to least favorite. 4. Treasurer's Report Val presented December activity. 5. Subcommittee Reports a. Grants & Scholarships Kayla will interview about QCF grant and scholarship programs for the new C3 in Focus video series with the city. Grants currently open, scholarships open Monday. Grant Q&A session next Thursday. Staff will share scholarship flyer out with the group to share widely. b. Fundraisers Group approved the purchase of evergreen business cards to use to solicit sponsors for the Curt Holland Golf Tournament. Staff will be pricing to February's meeting. Group discussed looking into potential golf swag we can sell besides including other swag in the diddy bag. Silent Auction Platform Budget Group will research other silent auction platforms, and make a decision next month. c. Recruitment & Partnerships i. School & Potential Partnership List/Events Kayla will share info about upcoming school events she hears about for Adams 14. 6. New Business a. MiniCon Vendor Group decided to participate in MiniCon on 3/15, and will have a table planning meeting outside of the normal meeting time. 7. Old Business None 8. February Agenda Setting a. New Unused Scholarship Policy In addition to the unused scholarship policy, the group wanted to discuss the golf silent auction platform and business card pricing at the next meeting. 9.
