Call To Order/Roll Call Present: George Maxey, Tillie Villareal, Carol Boyd, Bruce Emery, Brue Reilly, Carole Harvell, Gabriela Adeshewo, Jennie Loveride, Carli Plummer, Tina Ledesma Absent: Councilman Teter, Councilman Huseman, Commissioner McBroom, Guests: Kelly Roberts, Derrick Webb 2. Approval of Minutes Minutes 09/12/2019 Attachments: Minutes Motion to approve by Commissioner Harvell. Second motion by Commissioner Emery. Motion was passed unanimously. 3. Regular Business Commissioners that attended the 9Health Fair gave a report back on the event. Guests, Kelly Roberts and Derrick Webb presented on the DRCOG Boomer Bond Tool. 4. Other Business Commissioners held elections for Char and Co-Chair. Commissioners nominated Bruce Reilly to continue serving as the chair and Commissioners Maxey, Boyd, Adeshewo as co-chair. Commissioner Reilly accepted the nomination for chair. Commissioners voted commissioner Boyd as the new co-chair. 5. Upcoming Events/Announcements Next meeting, December 12, will be a holiday potluck and white elephant. Gift to not exceed $15. Councilman Rick Teter's term is ending, will no longer be on the commission unless appointed as a volunteer. 6.
