Call To Order/Roll Call Present: George Maxey, Carole Harvell, Carli Plummer, Mary K Natho, Bruce Reilly, Carol Boyd, Councilwoman Susan Noble, Gabriela Adeshewo, Councilwoman Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Tina Ledesma, Myran Gerguson, Jennie Loveridge Absent: Tillie Villareal Guest: Carolyn Keith, Director of PRG and Jodi Hardee, Community Relations Manager 2. Approval of Minutes Minutes 10/08/2020 Attachments: Minutes Motion to approve by commissioner Plummer. Motion seconded by Commissioner Boyd. Motion was unanimously approved. 3. New Business The city will be launching assistance for material aid (food, personal care, and pet companion goods, and cleaning supplies); medical gap coverage to assist in the payment of uncovered and unanticipated medical-related expenses incurred during COVID; and technology mini-grants to obtain services necessary to stay connected to COVID-19 information, resources and telemedicine services. Guests Jodi Hardee and Carolyn Keith answered questions and doubts from the commission and discussed possible strategies to get the word out and reach the most amount of eligible residents. 4.
