Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting called to order at 6:04 p.m. Present: Abraham Ramirez, Angela Ramirez, Ronna Sanchez, Sandra Escobar, Councilman Craig Hurst, Councilman Jose Guardiola, Jacqueline Riggs-Gonzales, Johni Grabinski Absent: Lucy Molina 2. Regular Business Items Latest financial report was presented by member Riggs-Gonzales, no new activity. The 2021 budget was presented for approval. Member Sanchez motioned to approve the 2021 budget. Member Escobar seconded. Motion was approved. Approval of Minutes Minutes 10/13/2020 Attachments: Minutes Motion to approve minutes by member Sanchez. Seconded by member Escobar. Motion was unanimously approved. 3. New Business Greyhound Public Art Guest members Castle Searcy and Deanne Gertner from Hey Hue alongside Bree Neely from Delwest Development Corp presented on the upcoming development at the old Greyhound Race Track and plans for public art. A subcommittee for this project will be formed with Cultural Council members, local residents, and other key players for the acquisition. By-Laws Final version was presented to the board. Member Escobar motioned to approve. Member Sanchez seconded. Motion was unanimously approved. 4.
