Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting was called to order at 3:06 p.m. Present: Carole Harvell, Tillie Villareal, Tina Ledesma, Councilwoman Allen-Thomas, Councilwoman Noble, Mary K Natho, Bruce Reilly, Carol Taylor-Boyd, Carli Plummer, Jennie Loveridge, Gabriela Adeshewo Absent: George Maxey 2. Approval of Minutes Councilwoman Noble requested to add to minutes the desire from commissioners to have a stand-alone senior center. Commissioner TaylorBoyd motioned to approve minutes with said edit. Commissioner Harvell seconded. Motion was unanimously approved. Attachments: Minutes March 11, 2021 3. Regular Business Council agenda topics of interest Council Members updated the commission on recent City Council agenda items including the following: Oil and gas regulations Recent fires at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Code Enforcement new name, formally known as Neighborhood Services. Current lawsuit to Suncor Zoning on Tower and 96th Ave Vaccination mass site at Dicks Sporting Good Sports Park 2021 Priorities Commissioners resumed previous conversations to decide on their 2021 Senior Commission priority. Commissioner Plummer motioned that the commission move forward as the priority for 2021 community resource gaps specifically for seniors. Combine current resource page to an online "portal" and any other digital resources for seniors to this portal. Commissioner Loveridge seconded. Motion was approved. Staff provided examples of potential pages for this online "portal." Commissioners provided feedback on the do's and dont's. Commissioners agreed that this page has to make sense to seniors in terms of font, colors used, and images.
